Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorised access or copy protected content commercially.
Products and orders
Product colours and light effects can appear different because rooms, surfaces, screens and lighting vary. We may correct errors, update descriptions, limit quantities or decline an order where fulfilment is impossible.
Prices and payment
Prices and currency are displayed before payment. Taxes, duties and delivery charges, where applicable, are shown or handled according to checkout and destination.
Shipping, refunds and replacements
Our Shipping and Refund Policies form part of these terms. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind. Contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Intellectual property and liability
MerryGlow names, visuals, copy and store content are protected by applicable laws. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
