Processing and delivery
Delivery normally takes 6–9 business days after dispatch. Remote destinations, customs, weather and peak periods may add time.
Tracking
Tracking is sent to the email address provided at checkout and may take a short time to show its first scan.
Address accuracy
Check your delivery details before paying. Contact hello@merryglow.store immediately if an address is incorrect.
Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes or handling fees unless checkout states otherwise.
Missing or damaged parcels
