We do not offer refunds or returns for a change of mind. We will always help when a MerryGlow order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Change-of-mind purchases
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refund requests when you change your mind or no longer want the product.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Contact hello@merryglow.store within 14 days of delivery. Once eligibility is confirmed, we normally provide a free replacement.
- Your order number
- A clear photo or short video of the issue
- A photo of the shipping label and packaging
- A brief description of what happened
Items that cannot be returned
Used products, gift wrapping, Mystery Gifts, shipping charges and shipping protection are not refundable for a change of mind.
Cancellations
Contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfilment begins or the order ships.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded in your country or region.
